We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

PLEASE NOTE : We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. We do not store Bank or credit card details on our system for security purposes.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with DUCK SOUP DESIGNS LTD you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. DUCK SOUP DESIGNS LTD retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract and Terms of Sale

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Discount Codes

Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

Linking to this Website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees’ health and safety and basic human rights.

All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to:

DUCK SOUP DESIGNS LTD will never knowingly source stock from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We also look to our suppliers to instil these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.

Returns Policy

We are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with up to 14 days from the delivery signed for date on full priced items.

If the item is in Sale we will happily accept returns or exchanges within the 7 working day period, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Cashmere goods must be returned in new condition, with packaging and tags. Please note we will not accept any goods that have been scented or marked.

When returning items please make sure you have the appropriate postal insurance on your parcel. Once we have received the goods back we will send you a confirmation via email and action the refund/exchange appropriately, the refund to your account should usually take between 1-3 working days. Please note: refunds will be processed back to the original card that the payment was taken from.
Delivery Information

We use the Royal Mail Signed for Delivery Service, but are able to make other arrangements for customers if need be. Please allow up to 7 working days for Sale goods to be delivered.

Standard UK Service – £6.00 2-3 Days Delivery Royal Mail
Special Delivery UK Service – £10.00 Next Day (Please order before 2pm Monday – Thursday only)

We can ship internationally and use Royal Mail and other Courier Services to ensure your parcel arrives safely at its destination.

International Flat Rate Delivery £ 15.00

(Please note: Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. We unfortunately have no control over these charges and these must be paid by the recipient of the goods.)
